Im almost ill at how affordable it is for me to sell up and buy a house on Richmond Rd in Grey Lynn. GREY LYNN. Where my heart lays.
I love Onehunga forever, but since 1987 the heartland has been singing like a harpie. At the moment there is a do-up on Richmond Rd, $589k. Yeah, its alot, but with a $380k deposit, and a 25 year loan, its 2 hundy a week to live in a 4 bedroom villa in town.
So my amazingly amazing plan is that Im going to beat the lotto odds and be a winner. Then I can keep my house as a rental, buy the one in town, do it up, move there and somehow sate the 3 decades long hunger for the inner city.
*thinking positive thoughts with screwed up eyes*
