Day two

things are rolling like.. I was gonna say wildfire but given the present situation that would be poor of me.

The new lounge is finished. Just have to wait for the couches to arrive in a couple of weeks. Moved some furniture in there, the bits we could fit now the room is about 8 square metres smaller, but I think it looks nice, would be dumb if it looked ugly. Dave has moved into the old lounge/new master but as the weather is like a muggy old pair of balls lately, they couldn't put paint on because it was too humid to dry the sealer in time. Jaide painted the hall tho, thats nearly done.

Found a good deal on some bedroom furniture (CHEAP), Kobi needs his own drawers, and as he's inheriting my cozy double bed, we needed a base. That gets here tomorrow. Hopefully by Friday all painting and moving and shaking will be completed :) I shall furnish the blog with pictures of bedrooms then. Lounge ones have to wait, same with Kitchen, splashbacks get installed next week.

Boys are back at school in earnest now, no more long weekends or breaks until easter. For some reason there has been a ressurection of the bionnicles and Cole has busily spent the last 3 days sifting through the mass of parts to rebuild the 6 Toa's. Thank god I say because it saves me doing it. I've got more bionncles than I can poke a stick at. kobi's rebuilding the Krakka, well I think they are Krakka, listen to me, what a lego geek, must run in the family :P.

The first Toa I ever got them was Pohatu, he's still my favourite. I went on a bionnicle binge on auctions about 2 years ago, and made them promise not to pull them to pieces. They lied.... some 30 or so Bionnicles, not a one complete. FUCK. But then 'techinically' you can't play with them if you don't dismantle them at least once and build hybrids, Im just OCD mummy.

Car getting fixed this morning, catalytic converter about to fall off.
