Im reading the dryest balls piece of political policy mumbo jumbo in the world. When did I decide studying public policy would be a good idea. Its fucking boring. I mean its not but by god it is. in the last 24 hours I've had to cope with incommensurable tautological general equilibrium theory pareto inefficiency ( just not in the same sentence). I can't brain it, and I know big words.
I want to pass, I really do, but I hate hate hate.
In other news, nothing exciting has happened except for the guy who decided to have a wank outside the window where I was sitting at uni on Saturday morning. Gross. looking at a mentally depleted very ugly piece of breathing meat with his hands down his pants is not the way I like to start the morning.
The boys went to Kens sisters on Friday night and Seb and I went to a restaurant for dinner that wasn't McDondalds. bloody novel I can tell you. I chose Bosco Verde coz I felt like Italian and it wasnt a far drive and we used to go there when I was young. The chef not-very-happily let us slip in ahead of a 7pm booking (it was just after 6) giving us 45 minutes to order eat and leave. Being that we are adventurous types we both ate the lasagne.
By the time we left the restaurant was infested with old biddys and grey haired, furry chested blokes and their wives, double dating with 'Joan and Bob' heaving copious bottles of Sauv Blanc onto the table to talk about very bloody boring shit I've no doubt. I burnt my tongue which was gay, but it was nice to eat a meal like a grown up, even though Seb never took off his coat the entire time and we were gobbing it down so as not to further annoy mr chef guy.
We have named the kittens Milo and Oscar bringing our count of furry children to 4. wtf I never meant to own 4 cats. But seeings as Seb is especially fond of Milo it looks like we'll be keeping him, and I like Oscar so what can you do. I looked at airfares to Sydney, only 300 bucks! and on Air NZ no less. bahhhh but I can't go, the dates are all wrong, and yeah, kids. I did however book myself flights to Christchurch, leaving the 28th of June, back on the 30th. 2 days, long enough to look about, visit my friends and not leave the boys in the hands of someone else to the point of imposition. It was 59 bucks one way, how could I not? I remember when flying to Chch was 300 bucks, the same as a trip to Sydders.
3 days till essay is due so I better go, but thats the latest.
