Its day 8 of the new year, Im sitting here with my neck out.

So far its been hot, and generally hot. lol. my sunburn is starting to peel after seeing in the new year with Sebs whanau at Matarangi on the coromandel. Unfortunately Seb himself was not even there due to work commitments.
I came home on the 3rd with Mikes partner Kathryn, and we've been lounging ever since. doesn't help that my neck hurts.

Plans for the year include Postgraduate honours in Sociology, my application is pending but I intend to fill my 4 paper requirement with Advanced Social Theory, The Sociology of Mental Health, Research Methods, and a new paper named Renegotiating Citizenship.

Travel will hopefully be on the agenda. I say hopefully, we have no money. There had been some talk of going to Vancouver, but I feel that the expense is more than we can sustain and Seb really needs to go on his own. I was going to to go Sydney in July but decided not to... I might change my mind again. Whanau are coming hopefully in December for Xmas and maybe reunion, waiting on a venue, could be Rotorua, could be Matawaia.

The Kittens are 10 weeks old now... I think, and getting big, Ariel is the biggest and the favourite of the boys and Seb, she walks like a weirdo and seems to have no fear. Jeffurry is the only boy, hes my favourite, hes abit naughty and pees places he shouldn't. Juno is the smallest and shes been the sick one, shes very loving and likes to cuddle.  Caring for them is full on, trying to convince Seb that 3 kittens permanantly inside is a bad idea, but he seems to think we can circumvent them being run over if we avoid outside life. Im not so keen to clean up cat shit times 3 for oh.. say the next 16 years. 

Ok Im out, going to start a new 365 project shortly.....
